Regina has been a friend of ours for nearly a decade now. She’s a strong woman of faith, funny, smart, and a geek like me. She’s been a friend to us through good times and bad and last week we had the privilege of spending a few days with her after her mission work in Kenya.
We didn’t “do” much but her presence, as always, so encouraged us as a family.
In fact, she spent most of her time here encouraging and serving us and others in the community, whether she was braiding hair or helping make waffles for waffle Saturday.
She once again shined a light into our lives and we are so thankful for her love and friendship. What a blessing.
We realize we have many acquaintances but so few true friends. And when we have a few precious moments with a true friend it’s so hard to say goodbye.
