Ok, this is a really REALLY strange thing to ask, but is anyone out there in the HVAC business? Our home in MD is having air conditioning problems and we’re really in no financial shape to fix/replace the unit. We’re a bit stuck because we can’t sell the house and the renter is paying the mortgage (which is great) but when stuff like this happens, it’s really disastrous. Thanks in advance for any leads.
