have you tried one foot in the bath and the other out? if you get a shock then you have an earthing problem in the house. fix this before someone takes a spill.
only IT guys fuss about the power in uganda. hope you already have a stabilizer on the house supply, an inverter and a backup generator.
We are in a rented place, so it is what it is. We have the grounding problem worked out, and I use local 1KVa stabilizers on every outlet I plug anything important into. As for IT guys and power, that’s just funny. Because everywhere I go, people are complaining about their computers. Dead power supplies, fried batteries. And that’s because they aren’t grounding them and they aren’t using stabilizers. So the IT guys in Uganda need to fuss more about power unless they want to be in the business of replacing batteries and power supplies forever! Thanks for the comment, Jake!
