Our Computer Training Center in Jinja, Uganda is fully funded by the hacker community and provides free-to-access technical and job skill training to Ugandans. We have provided job opportunities for hundreds of students since opening in 2010.
Our makerspace in Jinja, Uganda is funded by the hacker community and provides advanced instruction and resources for budding technologists. We teach robotics, design, programming and much more.

As professional (“white hat”) hackers, we understand the threats posed by computer-wielding criminals (or “black hat”) hackers. Our security awareness training initiatives provide sound advice to those seeking to protect themselves from online crime.

The RTF works to empower our future technology leaders and narrow the digital divide between rural and urban areas. This is a great organization founded by a member of the hacker community doing really great stuff.
The focus of Hackers in Education is to connect hackers with schools and police departments to educate students on cyber security. You read that right. Hackers alongside local PD educating students.
